By reboot, you're doing a complete shutdown and a cold start? If not, give that a try. WebOct 25, 2024 · Try having the end user open the file and before closing with the X use File -> Close to exit the document. This usually will keep this behavior at bay. What I think happens is when you just X close it holds the lock in case you did not mean to do that. Something about File -> Close is more final and releases the lock after the sync.
